Urgent help needed to save my mom.

Joseph is my name. I have a very serious problem that my mom suddely fell ill and she has to undergo immediate surgery, Doctors gave me two days to pay the bills and told that if the surgery is not done its difficult to save her. I am nearly half dead. I jus can't think without my mom who has given me more support and helped me in so many situations right from my childhood. I did not have enough cash and tried with many of my friends and I still in need of money. I have only two days time left I would be happy if anyone would be of quick help to me and if anyone would idea of fastest loan on earth within a day. I am trying with all the possible ways to get the help. Please reply ASAP...May god bless you...Joseph
